Booking process
- Submit an enquiry with your preferred date/time, room(s), approximate numbers, and purpose.
- We’ll confirm availability and pencil it in.
- We’ll confirm once we’ve contacted you to confirm the details and agreed payment terms.
- Payment is by BACS (details on invoice).
Main prices (guide)

Deposits / payment terms
- Standard private bookings usually require a £25 deposit to secure the booking.
- For business / organisational bookings, we can usually waive the deposit provided the invoice is paid at least 7 days before the booking date.
Car park (important)
The car park is free to use, but all visitors must register their vehicle using one of the tablets in the foyer or bar. Failure to register may result in a fine from the externally operated ANPR system, which we’re unfortunately unable to cancel.
